How to Get Your Instagram JSON Files

Follow these steps to export your followers & following data directly from Meta Accounts Center.

Safe Process

Official Meta Export

Go to Meta Accounts Center › Your information and permissions and select "Export your information".
Click the "Create export" button to start a new request.
Select the Instagram profile you want to analyze.
Choose "Export to device" as your destination.
Configure format:

Customize information Followers & following

Date Range All time

Format JSON ✓
Enter your password to confirm. Meta will begin processing your data.
Wait for Meta to finish. You'll receive an email notification, or you can refresh the page until a Download button appears.
Download the ZIP file and upload it directly using Quick Import. If needed, you can also extract it and upload followers_1.json and following.json manually.
